- It serves as a first personal get-to-know between the relevant decision-makers in the company and me as your potential coach.
- I would like to get to know your company, its history, entrepreneurial vision and objectives, especially with a view to what you want to achieve with coaching in your company.
- Together we will find out whether we see a common basis for collaboration and partnership during the coaching process.
- If so, I will be happy to arrange a follow-up appointment for concrete clarification of the assignment.
- I will then make you a coaching offer tailored to your needs.
